A great Michelle Bridges tip

I read in a magazine tonight that you should plan your workout. That has never occurred to me. So something else to put in my bag of tricks ;)

Christmas is coming and I'm not getting fat

Weighed in this morning at 74.7kgs so down 10.1kgs. I am so proud of myself.
I have done no exercise :( I was going to go to Pilates yesterday but I didn't want to leave the kids. I had quite the lazy day. Today was different. I finished and submitted my assessment. Got the kids to tidy up. And did the grocery shopping. I bought heaps of bananas, cherries, grapes, mangoes and a 10 kg watermelon. Lifting that I realised how much I had lost!
Tomorrow I want to wash all the towels and bedding and clean the house which has been so neglected.

Lots of gym!

I have been Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Burned over 300 on Monday, 250 Tuesday and 300 today. I really struggled on Tuesday. Today I did better and then came home and gardened for an hour and burned another 300. I think I will set my goal at 300 for now. I am looking forward to doing some classes and seeing how much those burn.

Booked the kids in

I was too late for 4:30 creche today so they are booked in at 6:00-7:30 and from 4:30-6:00 on Tuesday and Wednesday. So that has decided this week. Next week will be a bit all over the place because of the public holidays but Mum should be here some of the time so I should be able to duck out at least a couple of times.

Exercise

I still don't have it straight in my head when I am going to organise my exercise time. I think I am resigned to having to put two of the kids into the creche. I was only going to do that two days a week but now I am considering four days. Morning would be best and they have a 10:30-12:00 session so I could do the Fat Burner, TTT, Body Pump and Body Combat classes. But last time I did the Fat Burner class I nearly died lol.

So maybe for now I will just book them in Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Thursdays is ok because my youngest is at preschool. That would look like:-
Monday 10:30 Weights and cardio
Tuesday 10:30 TTT
Thursday Weights, Cardio and 11:30 Pilates
Friday 10:30 Body Combat

I'll think about it.

Kicking it at the gym

Thanks to my Polar F4. I went to the gym on Tuesday and burned 432 so today I wanted to get to 500 and I did. It's so motivating knowing exactly what number I am burning. Food wise I haven't been fantastic but I think I have moved into Christmas mode.
And I have officially joined the 12WLT! Registration opened yesterday and I signed right up. Pre season starts January 16th-so close!

76.1kgs!

At least I am at the bottom end of 76. I have been moving up and down for a couple of weeks. I will be very happy to be 75. something and I think I could still make my 10kgs by Christmas goal.
