Rethinking the Michelle Bridges plan

I have been regularly reading the facebook page and reading about her program is what kick started me into action. But it is going to be $200 which I don't really have right now. And I am concerned that the competition will mess with my head. I am very competitive and I compare myself to everyone in every situation. It is not a positive quality and I don't really want to encourage that in myself. I don't have to decide until January so I will see how I am going then.
